"LIKE A GOOD NEIGHBOR STATE FARM IS THERE!!!...until there NOT!!! THANKS for NOTHING!! Thousands of dollars spent over the years no claims made on not one but two different houses..and this is what we are left with!! With no help from our FRIENDLY NEIGHBORS STATE FARM!!! A huge hole in our ceiling pouring in water...snow/ice/rain storm on January 12/13 caused a portion of the roof to collapse in which collapsed our ceiling damaged the walls the electrical in those walls the brand new window custom blinds...they sent someone for roof pics THREE weeks after it happened than said a raccoon did it!!! Well no SUSAN the roof was left open for 3 weeks what did you think was gonna happen? Side note I couldn't cover the roof because every other day SUSAN the claim adjuster had a different story of who was coming and when they were coming..only to have continued no shows or reschedules! So this is how YOUR GOOD NEIGHBOR leaves you to live while they drag you along and then deny your claim!! BE AWARE!! you just looked for a reason to not pay!! BEWARE OF THIS AGENCY the raccoon got in afterwords!"
